Cousin Mikey

When Shaun was admitted to UVA and Peter had to go back home to take care of the boys and go to work, our cousin,  Mikey, drove down and has been Denise and Shaun's hospital buddy ever since.  Denise and Mikey switch off sleeping with Shaun in the hospital room during the night while the other goes to sleep at a room in the Ronald McDonald house.   This place has been great to provide a good night's rest, shower, and a meal - so that they aren't eating out all the time.  It addition to taking the night shift every other night, Mikey is there for an extra hand, a person to talk to, an errand runner, phone answerer, etc.

We are so thankful Mikey can be there with Shaun and to support Denise.  Love you, Cuz!
